I have been a speaker for years so I didn't expect a lot from the book。 Allison had me hooked at the Three Questions which put the preparing process into a compact strategy。I wanted to speak to give knowledge to others。 While reading the book I now have the perspective of "understanding what is holding your audience back helps you come up with a realistic and actionable goal。" Lots of good ideas and methods to use from the invitation to speak to the end of your presentation。 I have been a speaker for years so I didn't expect a lot from the book。 Allison had me hooked at the Three Questions which put the preparing process into a compact strategy。I wanted to speak to give knowledge to others。 While reading the book I now have the perspective of "understanding what is holding your audience back helps you come up with a realistic and actionable goal。" Lots of good ideas and methods to use from the invitation to speak to the end of your presentation。 。。。more
